eSoftCentral ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with our mobile game Squawk Biter (the "App").

Squawk Biter does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information from users.

Specifically, we do NOT collect:

• Names, email addresses, or contact information

• Precise or approximate location data
• Photos, camera data, or media files
• Contacts or social connections
• Browsing history or search queries

2. Local Storage Only

The App uses your device's local storage (via Android's WebView localStorage) solely to save:

• Your highest scores on the local leaderboard
• Player names you voluntarily enter for the leaderboard

This data is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party. Clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App will remove this information.

3. Advertising

The App displays banner advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use device-level data (such as advertising ID) in accordance with Google's privacy practices to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob - For displaying advertisements
• Google Play Services - For app distribution

These services may collect data according to their own privacy policies. We do not control or have access to data collected by these third parties.

Squawk Biter is suitable for general audiences, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete such information.

Since we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no user data at risk of unauthorized access. The only data stored is local leaderboard information on your own device.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

8. Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store your personal data, there is no user data to access, correct, or delete on our end. You can clear all locally stored data by:

• Going to Android Settings → Apps → Squawk Biter → Storage → Clear Data, or
• Uninstalling the App
