3. App-Specific Privacy Details

Wimotely — Screen Mirroring & Remote Control

Local Network Streaming: Wimotely streams your Android screen to browsers on your local WiFi network. All screen data, audio, and control inputs travel directly between your Android device and the receiving browser. We do not store, transmit, or have access to your screen content.

Data That Stays on Your Device:

Screen capture frames
Audio streams
Touch/click coordinates
Any content displayed on your screen

Accessibility Service: Wimotely uses Android's Accessibility Service to enable remote clicking and swiping. This requires permission to observe and interact with your screen. We only use this permission to:

Simulate taps and swipes from your browser
Enable remote control functionality

We do not use accessibility data for any other purpose, and we do not collect or transmit accessibility events to any server.

Trial Verification: To prevent abuse of our 7-day free trial, we verify device identifiers via our secure server (esoftcentral.com). This includes:

A hashed version of your Android device ID
Trial start date and expiration status
Purchase/unlock status

This data is stored securely and is only used for license management purposes.

No Analytics or Tracking: Wimotely does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools. We do not sell your data.

AnimalPopABC — Kids' Learning Game

No Data Collection: AnimalPopABC is designed with children's privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information from children or adults.

What stays on your device:

Game progress and scores (stored locally on device)
Sound and music preferences
No account creation required
No internet connection required for gameplay

COPPA Compliance: AnimalPopABC complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not:

Collect personal information from children under 13
Use behavioral advertising
Link to external websites or social media
Include in-app purchases accessible to children

Advertising: AnimalPopABC may display age-appropriate advertisements through Google AdMob. These ads are configured to show only family-friendly content. Ad networks may use device identifiers for ad delivery, subject to their own privacy policies.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties except in the following circumstances:

Service Providers: We may share information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our apps (e.g., Google Play for billing, hosting providers for our website).
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information:

Device identifiers are hashed before storage
Server communications use HTTPS encryption
Access to trial data is restricted and requires API authentication
Local data is stored using Android's secure storage mechanisms

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

AnimalPopABC is designed for children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Wimotely is not intended for children under 13 without parental supervision.
